On the afternoon of Aug 29th, the first project agreement of disposing municipal garbage via cement kiln in western region was signed in Pingliang city.
In 2009, two 5000t/d output cement production lines with a total investment of 1.5 billion rmb were constructed in Pingliang city. Anhui conch venture decided to invest more than 80 million rmb to construct one set of 300t/d capacity municipal garbage treatment system and its auxiliary facilities.
