At 10:28 on November 26, 2019, the signing ceremony of the second batch of key projects in Linxiang city and the foundation laying ceremony of Linxiang Haichuang cement kiln comprehensive utilization of solid wastes and hazardous wastes project was held in Hailuo, Linxiang.
Xie Sheng, Secretary of Linxiang municipal Party committee, Liao Xinghui, mayor, Yu yuexiong, deputy secretary of Linxiang municipal Party committee, Cai Jiwei, executive vice mayor, Wei Xinyong, director of the National People's Congress, Peng Haiyun, deputy mayor, Liu Bofeng, vice chairman of the CPPCC, and heads of relevant departments and towns (streets); Ji Qinying, general manager of conch venture, Zhang coco, assistant general manager, Zhang Bangzhi, Minister of safety and environmental protection, Yan Jing, deputy general manager of Linxiang Haichuang; hailuoshui Li Xiaobo, deputy general manager of mud, Ke Weidong, general manager of Linxiang conch, and more than 150 people attended the ceremony, including the person in charge of signing and starting the project and the representatives of the square array.
